Managing Partner – Tony Dignam
Background:
- Tony has a BComm from UCD and is qualified accountant – ACA in 1990.
- Was previously General Manager of Zomax Call Centres with responsibility for approx 400 staff in 3 locations between Ireland and US.
- 20 years experience in senior finance and general management roles and worked with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Compaq.
- Has been involved in franchising as both a franchisee, a franchisor and a franchise consultant for over 4 years.
- Was part of a new technology business start up team, from inception to realisation, which is still going today.
- Tony is married to Katherine and has two girls, Jessica and Sarah.

Consulting Partner – Paul Spiller
Background:
- Former Franchise Sales and Operations Manager, European Division of easyGroup ltd. (easyInternetcafe, easyCinema, easyCar, easyHotel etc).
- Expert in business performance management systems.
- Implemented a new retail concept roll out across 9 European Countries in 18 months.
- He has a long successful record at various senior operational management positions within Woolworths PLC, a major UK retail multiple.
- Paul has extensive experience in sales and marketing and has helped his current clients grow their business through improved marketing programs including use of Google
- Has two daughters, Rebekah and Emma with his partner Amanda.

Finbar's Background:
- Finbar is an accountant with over 20 years experience in a wide variety of roles including senior positions in Bank of Ireland and Enable Ireland
- He has a track record of getting things done and of has great attention to detail which is a key requirement in developing a franchise

Consulting Partner – David Christian
- David is a Franchise Consultant and has managed the design and launch of a number of new franchise networks in the UK.
- He is also a Business Growth Specialist using his extensive experience in sales and marketing to help clients grow their businesses through improved marketing programs.
- Prior to David’s move into Franchise and Business Growth Consultancy, he spent a very successful 22 years in Sales and Marketing roles within the Corporate Insurance Industry
- Opened and managed sales and servicing operations for large national and international firms both in the UK and overseas.
- Married to Stephanie and has two sons, Max and Sam.
